General Real Estate Investment Group

With this project, the most ambitious of my projects, I hope to capitalize in the Real Estate Investment market.  The investment to start this project is high and the return will be even higher if I do things right.  I have done some research and will definitely be stepping into this area once I generate enough cash to make the initial investment.   Read the blogs under the category of GREI Group to see the progress and updates on this project.

Raven and Crow

With Raven and Crow I will be exploring the area of monetization of domain names.  Over the past few years I have collected several funny and unusual domain names that caught my attention.  I had planned to develop those sites into just for fun websites that will get a chuckle or two.  Upon discovering the Google AdSense and Amazon Drop shipment programs I am starting to see the possibilities of actually using the site to make money from people visiting.  In addition to earning revenue from showing adds in my sites I will be selling some of them when the right offer comes along.  Read the blogs under the category of Raven and Crow to see the progress and updates on this project.

Tianguiz

This project is a web base store.  I am in the process of stocking the store with handmade artisan copper pieces imported from Mexico.   Not much to say on this project.  In the future I plan to show up at flea markets and artisan festivals to display and sel l the pieces.  Read the blogs under the category of Tianguiz to see the progress and updates on this project.

Vintage World

Over the years I have collected numerous items that I like.  I own an extensive collection of vintage cameras as well as a set of vintage pocket watches.  I started these collections as a form of investment.  Now that I am in the process of making my first million, it’s time to liquidate and see how far it takes me towards my goal.  I will be using e-bay as well as a web front store to sell the items.  I will be marketing the items through the following web sites.  VintageWatchesWorld.com and VintageCamerasWorld.com   Read the blogs under the category of Vintage World to see the progress and updates on this project.

Three Indians and a Mexican

This is a partnership between some friends and me.  They are Indian from India not the South West and I am Mexican hence the name Three Indians and a Mexican.  We intend to combine some of the ideas and projects that I have been working on.  We created a domain name portfolio that we will be managing and using the Google AdSense program to create revenue.  Also, we will be developing a social network site that we hope becomes the next MySpace.  Since this is a partnership and not much can be discussed, I will only be updating and posting messages when milestones are achieved.   Read the blogs under the category of Three Indians and a Mexican to see the progress and updates on this project.
