I started to organize myself a little better.  Over the last 6 months I have neglected this page and the projects that I had envisioned.  The current economic crisis that the US is going through has slowed my progress.   

It’s time to get things working again and begin chasing that million that awaits me. 

I am revising my project “Three Indians and a Mexican” One partner just drop out and the other two didn’t want to do the work to get anything done.  So, I decided to go on my own with this project and see how I can turn this disaster enterprise into a positive addition to my overall goals.  I am going to sell the majority of the Indian and Bollywood themed domain names.  I won’t sell all of them since there are a couple of gems that I think I can develop and turn into a modest sources of revenue.  I expect to have the final list and begin marketing the sale of the Indian and Bollywood themed domains by the end of this month. 

One of the hard lessons I learned from this was to NEVER mix business with friends because you are going to lose the friendship and the business.    So, if you are thinking about going into bisness with a friend, make sure you cross all your “Ts” and dot all your “I s”  Even then, you might find out that trust is just a pretty word that holds no weight when people are lazy and careless.

What an interesting couple of moths I had.  The chase for my first million is still going on.  I got a few leads and ideas that will be developing over the next few weeks.  Stay tuned!!!

The sale of my “NightLife” domain name collection did not go as well as I had hoped for so I will not be selling them just yet.  Instead I will set them up and manage them to earn some ad revenue cash while the domain names gain some visibility on the web.  Already started working on NightlifeHollywood.com.  Check it out and see how it develops into an awesome site.

Las week arrived my first shipment of copper decorative pieces.  I am working on finishing my e-store tianguiz.com so I can start selling and see how this venture works out.

I am posting a classified ad on Craig’s List (www.craigslist.com) as a first step.  This has two purposes.  The first is to see if there is enough interest to even sell the package.  The second is that if there is enough interest but I am not offered what I asked for them, it will help at least to have the domain names show up on search engines.  It does not give your domain name a ranking but it does make it appear on some search engines and that will help later when I post them on e-bay if I don’t sell them with the Craig’s list classified ad.

If you are looking into selling some old junk that it is collecting dust at your place you can make some money by offering it on Craig’s list or e-bay.  Craig’s List is quick and easy while on e-bay it takes a little more effort to post your items for sale.  The only bad thing with Craig’s List is that it has a lot of mischievous characters that pray on the uninformed.  So, if you are going to use Craig’s List make sure you read all of the security guidelines so you don’t have an unpleasant experience.  Even with that, Craig’s List is still your best way to sell something quick and painless.

It’s quite simple. The main idea is to have one project fund the next. I hope to fund one project and in turn manage it and use the revenue to fund the next project in the list. For now I am focusing on the Raven and Crow project. I’ve built an assorted list of domain names and will be developing them to earn funds and continue to chase my million.

My main goal is to enter the real estate investment field as a way to make a living. Due to recent events with in the real estate industry, it may seem crazy to want to get into that field. I am taking into consideration what the banking industry and the government are doing to pull the economy out of this crisis and I am confident that once this crisis passes, things will speed up and I’ll be making more posts on this blog.
